The College was affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore and was approved by AICTE, New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Karnataka and India. The Spurthy College provides Clinicals in their own parent hospitals. The College provides two hospitals to students: Spurthy Hospital Bangalore and Athreya Hospital Bangalore. The Spurthy College of Physiotherapy offers 5 years physiotherapy course along with 1-year internship program to the students in their own hospitals. Spurthy Group of Institutions provides hostel facilities for both girls and boys. The Girls Hostel is situated inside the campus and the Boys Hostel are situated 3km away from the campus.
